Please also see each property details individually to see which deals (if any) are available on them, some properties may have more than one deal available and others may have none at all. Rents are based on standard terms and regardless of the availability of a deal on a property the rent may also be negotiable subject to alternate terms. (i.e. If a rent free period is on offer for a 3 year lease, the landlord may consider a lower rent in addition to the rent free period if the tenants takes a 5 year lease.
